Why We Created Hot Yoga of Mill Creek
Hot Yoga of Mill Creek was born out of a deep love for movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection. We wanted to create more than just a place to sweat — we envisioned a space where people could come home to themselves.
Our goal was to build a supportive, welcoming community where students of all levels feel seen, encouraged, and inspired. Whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or deepening a long-time practice, this studio is your sanctuary — a place to grow stronger, breathe deeper, and reconnect with your purpose.
We created this space to help people feel better — in their bodies, in their lives, and in their hearts. And we’re so grateful you’re part of it.

-Online registration is required prior to coming into the studio to take a class. You are welcome to purchase our trial, 2 weeks unlimited for $35 or 1 month unlimited for $69. Please sign up online for all classes.
-We recommend taking 5-10 Hatha, Yin and/or Yoga and Meditation classes before you attend the other faster moving classes, Power, HYMC Sweat and Yoga Sculpt.
-It is important as a new student to show up 15 minutes prior to your first class so that you can get acquainted with the studio and to find a spot in the yoga room. Please place your yoga mat in the second or third row and watch those in the first row to guide you through your yoga practice.
-Each class after your first class, please arrive 10 minutes early to check in, set your mat down and use the restroom if needed prior to class.
- If you attend the weekday 9:30 am classes, please park in the parking spaces that are facing 13th Ave. West. We do have medium size A boards that will direct you where to park.
-It is important that you stay in the hot room the entire time for each yoga class to get acclimated to the heat as well as limiting the distractions for others in the room. If it is an emergency and you must leave the room, please do so with another student.
-In every class, please feel free to wear comfortable clothing, such as, yoga pants, shorts, tank top or sports bras.
-Please bring your own personal mat, a large towel (like a beach towel) and a large water bottle. If you do not have one or more of these items, you purchase or rent them at the studio. To purchase: yoga mats start at $29.95 (plus tax), hot yoga towels start at $38 (plus tax) and water is $2 for a large bottle and $1 for a small bottle. To rent: yoga mats are $5 (plus tax) and Yogitoes (towel) rentals are $5 (plus tax).
-We recommend that you do not to consume a large meal 2-3 hours prior to class so that your stomach is not overly full. We also recommend that you come fully hydrated.
- We have a shower room, please feel free to take a shower after your classes. The shower room is close to our training center. You go past the hot room, then to the hallway, take a left, go up the stairs and take a right. It is next to our kitchen and upstairs restrooms.
