Yoga Etiquette
- The door is locked before class starts, please arrive at least 10 minutes early. For new students, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first class.
- Please do not talk while you are on your yoga mat, during or after class.
- If you rent a mat, please give it to the instructor.
- If you rent a towel, please place it in the laundry hamper next to the cubbies.
- Please use the restrooms before or after class, not during class.
- Please remove your shoes when you enter the studio. You can place your items in the cubbies.
- Please wipe your area after class.
- We appreciate it if you fill up your free purified water before and/or after class.
- Please turn off your cell phones before class.
- The room is around 105 degrees depending on how many people are in the room. If you would like a cooler area, we recommend that you place your mat closer to the front door. If you would like a hotter area, please place your mat closer to the door to the hallway.
