Hot Yoga Class Description

  ~  Hot Hatha Yoga- 90 minutes

~ Hot Hatha Yoga(No Parking) – 90 minutes  No parking in the parking lot for this class.  Please park at the Wal-Mart or Starbucks parking lots.

~  Hot Hatha Yoga – 60 minutes  Hot Hatha Yoga class, modified to fit into one hour.

 

~ Hot Power  Yoga – 75 ~ 90 minutes

   ~ Hot Power Yoga (No Parking) - 60 minutes  Hot Power Yoga class, modified to fit into one hour. No parking in the parking lot for this class.  Please park at the Wal-Mart or Starbucks parking lots.

 

~ No Heat Yoga (Ying/Yang) (No Parking) - 60 minutes No Heat Yoga (Ying/Yang) class, modified to fit into one hour.  No Parking in the parking lot for this class.  Please park at the Wal-Mart or Starbucks parking lots. 

Hot Hatha Yoga is for beginners and is a challenging and exciting 90 minute workout that heals, detoxifies, tones the internal organs, cleanses you from the inside out, and allows you to burn up to 1200 calories a class.



Hot Power Yoga is an amazing, fun and challenging workout. This practice tones, sculpts, heals and detoxifies the body. It is a combination of strength, cardio, stamina, and concentration. It is designed to soothe the nervous system, balance hormones, build cardiovascular strength, and improve the digestive system.

 

No Heat Yoga (Yin/Yang)Yin Yoga, is a style of yoga in which postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes, the studio is room temperature.  All Yin postures are done either lying down, or sitting on the mat.  This allows the muscles to relax while ligaments, or connective tissue, can be stretched.  This practice is combined with some Yang postures, to provide stretch and strengthen muscles, tendons and in some cases organs and bones.  Both Hot Hatha and Power are more Yang type yoga.   

  • Please wear light clothing, bring a yoga mat, a large towel, and water.  If you do not have one or more of these items, you can rent or purchase them at the studio.
  • Please drink plenty of water before and after you take a class and do not eat two to three hours before your class.
